Access to Acupuncture (A2A)was set up in August 2007 with the object of carrying out activities which benefit the community through the following activities: 1) To provide acupuncture and allied therapies to benefit groups and individuals who would not normally access acupuncture due to financial, cultural, geographical or other barriers; 2) To undertake or promote research that will aid the understanding and use of acupuncture and allied therapies; 3) To assist, co-operate or arrange for alliances with any organisations, institutions or establishment that will increase and widen access to acupuncture and allied therapies and further their integration into mainstream health, care and educational services. Access to Acupuncture is a not-for-profit company limited by guarantee, with 3 voluntary directors. Working in partnership is key to our success.
