Our target group comprises many young adults who have little or no concept of what a regular job entails. After being accepted onto the scheme, participants are initially buddied up with an Employment Services Officer or Support Worker to overcome nerves and to offer guidance and support.
By linking up with various agencies and organisations that are currently already available, I believe we can deliver excellent results for the minimum of financial input.

Participants go through an employment ladder beginning with the bottom rung progressing upwards. To reach each new elevation, persons have to achieve increased learning in preparation for the next job

We would actively promote altruistic ideals which are our core beliefs linking the huge pool of able bodied with learning disability to deserving cases to improve neighbourhoods by cutting hedges etc.
Mindful of the current economic climate in To offer work experience and paid work opportunities in the north west, to those sections of society that find it difficult to access the workplace with particular emphasis on those persons with learning disability, sensory impairment and mild mental health issues.
To act as a bridge between places of learning and the workplace by identifying in a bespoke manner what is preventing a particular individual from gaining meaningful employment and then focusing on any weaknesses in order to overcome them when that is possible to do so.
