SEN is a Merseyside based network of non-profit distributing businesses and community and voluntary sector organisations. We aim to present 'one voice' to promote the sector and to support the development of new and existing Social Enterprises in Merseyside. Membership is open to all Social Enterprises and emerging SE’s in Greater Merseyside and Halton. SEN is currently based in Waterloo Buildings in Birkenhead, directly opposite Hamilton Square Station. The principal service provided by Social Enterprise Network is the establishment, development and facilitation of a network of Social Enterprises and emerging Social Enterprises in Greater Merseyside. In particular; we provide the following services:- Networking meetings Dissemination of information Good practice Signposting and advice Training and development Consortium development Research and evaluation Representation of the membership Securing new funding streams
