Digital innovations and their impact on businesses and organisations are around us every day. We all can recognise how swiftly the advent of big data, analytics, cloud computing, social media, the Internet of Things and mobile are already overturning conventional ways of doing business.

Investing in digital skills is a must for every business at this time, but many businesses are yet to address this issue at senior executive and Board levels.

Cosmic is currently running a Digital Leadership programme that aims to provide an effective and successful means of achieving those skills. Several businesses have signed up to the programme, but they are also opening up the individual workshops to all businesses to attend.

This workshop will focus on new ways of working.

All businesses succeeding in future will need to be agile, flexible, collaborative and ready to innovate. And digital technologies provide more-and-more opportunities for us to embrace new ways of working – for staff, customers, suppliers and partner organisations.
