Lucy Findlay will join Sean Fielding for this PraxisAuril SHEDTalk, where they will discuss the place of universities as social enterprises and how that fits with knowledge exchange activities in terms of local, civic and business engagement for staff and students, the social and environmental impact they make, and how that is assessed: linking to sector themes around the KE Concordat and Civic University Agreements in particular.
They will also talk about social enterprise as a model in new business creation for academic spin-outs and student start-ups.
This is a member only event for the PraxisAuril network of Knowledge Exchange practitioners.
